First off, Nate has tried to mediate this little argument a few times before and said stuff to both of y'all.
As much s you dislike Juan, same could be said for how much we all dislike reading the back and for banter about literally nothing .

Juan has never really helped us out yet we still like him because he's always just been a nice laid back dude to wheel with.
Not taking his side, just saying that your statement isn't entirely accurate.

Not saying you should do it on a holiday weekend and maybe that's why you said anywhere but crown King?
Just curious.
I typically avoid the main trail also but there is so much to see in the Bradshaw's and really like 3-4 ways to get to crown King that people don't usually take.


PS black canyon is definitely prerunner doable. Nothing a tow strap can't fix worst case.

Alright, so just as @RPS1030 predicted, yesterday was a shit show. 14 4Runners and 3 FJ's. We made it about 20 minutes down the road until we realized we had lost over half our group due to a wrong turn.

Did I forget to mention that we had 4 2WD 4Runners that needed to be strapped a lot. Then we got to a section of trail where 3 of the 17 blew the passenger rear tire. Next a 5th gen almost rolled

Towards the end of the day we were driving to where we were going to air up and some idiot put me in the lead, so naturally I was driving like an ass. The road went slightly up, so I hit it at 50 and used it as a jump. Apparently my MTR's threw a massive boulder into the air that landed on the guy behind me's windshield. Epic.
