Yes. But my experience very little. They are designed to prevent leaf spring sag when carrying heavy weight in the bed or tow hitch. The provide more resistance exponentially the more weight you add. I think at slower speeds you wouldn't notice and I don't know many folks that off-road at higher speed with a fully loaded truck. You don't feel like you are "bottoming out". With no heavy load they do act similar to a spring/shock. Hope that was a helpful answer.

I got my truck alignment with in factory spec with out the UCA but I had an issue of truck steering wheel off center before my lift so I was hoping to get that fixed after alignment. I believe other tire shop mis used the jack point and some how my suspension was affected. The guys at my align shop had hard time centering my steering and took them 3 attempt to correct it after they took apart most of the suspsion parts and reinstalling it. Great guys at Star tires at El Monte for going through so much trouble. I'm happy with my alignment n truck tracks perfectly. You should hold on getting a UCA until you need one.

That's good to hear. Let us know how it rides over the road and on trail. Looks sharp!

Compare to stock it's bit stiffer especially the rear over bumps. I'm taking her off roading this weekend to Grand Canyon so we'll see how it goes. The 5100s lift is totally worth it and love the look.

I went to Jet and they will only allow me to put ONE front (Bilstein 24-239370 46mm Monotube Shock Absorber) in the cart. It will not allow me to choose two.

Not sure but one probably means a pair? They are usually sold in pairs.

I forgot to mention. Getting my Billy's installed next Tuesday! Will post pics after install!

They're sold in pairs so 1 order is both shocks.

After hearing that @sdsurfer got his done at The Truck Shop in Mira Mar (after getting the 5100s in Jet.com), I'm gonna do the same. Then I was gonna get 2" blocks back in the rear but owner there advised putting a Deaver 3 leaf mini pack back there (1.5" lift). :)

I got the Deaver 3 leaf pack as well. Much better than blocks. Love the ride.

How long is the install? You'll be sitting in a world of traffic on Mira Mar after 3:30!
