Bought one of those Undertech concealment tank tops. Tried it with the
M&P shield 9mm and G42 .380, one in each side and it feels and fits
very comfortably. Not sure about putting larger pistols in it though.
So could have 2 in it, an ankle holster and IWB. A backup, back up for
the back up and a backup backup for the backup. :goingcrazy:

Also bought some buffers for the 1911's

Do yourself a favor and leave those buffers in the bag. They can break up and jam up your gun at the worst time. They also shorten the amount of slide travel rearward and caused the occasional short stroke/misdeed for me. If you really think you're beating up your gun without the buffer, go to a heavier mainspring.

Ok. Guess I got them because I read an article in the latest issue of The complete book of the model 1911.
I don't have the magazine here since I loaned it to a guy I work with. Guy in mag does a lot of work on 1911's
and was saying how he has seen a lot of 1911's crack slides due to weak springs after much shooting depending on
load used. He said he used the buffer and when you start seeing some damage on it that the recoil spring is probably
becoming weak and should be replaced. Anyway I will heed your advice and not use them.

Bought and attended a concealed carry course today. Once I submit the paperwork to my sheriff, I can carry in over 30 states.

3 hours of classroom and 15 minutes at the range is all it takes here. Easy enough.

Damn we get ours within 30 days. About 2 weeks in my county I've heard.

That's what my instructor said about Florida. I have to submit theirs separately and go get fingerprinted.

We submit our fingerprint cards with the packet and proof that we took the class. Then recieve the permit eventually as long as there are no hangups during processing.

    I need to get a 43 since I have a 40, 41, and 42 now. Hmm, maybe a
G44 = 44mag?? Doubt that will ever happen but you never know
