Score! I think the 80.00 would of been worth it to me. With the headache that came with making my own.

DMZ wanted 150 for theirs but they are already welded and all that so I couldn't get a bead on both side of the plate. It's gonna be a bit of a bitch to do but I'll do it here in about a month

Well she's back. Finally got the truck in the garage and Started at around 9 and worked non stop till about 7. Honestly was a piece of cake. Got everything within 1/8 of an inch of factory. Welded the new mounts all welded. Shoutout to Anthony west for hooking me up with them, Replaced the urethane mounts as well. Now time to get some tube for the bypass towers, revalve the coilovers, rebuild the rear bypasses, get the damn harnesses in, have a power steering cooler on the way, also 2 derale hyper coolers for the tranny and oil as well. Some sweet stuff to come

Rebuilding the rear bypasses. Things were TOAST. Had to take a bypass tube off and gernaded since it was basically hydro locked. So got a nice oil shower. Literally pure black haha got them apart and cleaned up. Hopefully the seal kit will fix the problem. Wear bands seems pretty good. Gonna get the other one taken apart tomorrow. The coating on the shocks are gone so I'll clear coat them.

Pro armor harnesses finally showed up. got them in the truck, not perfect of how i wanted them in but for now they will work. also mocked up the front bypasses, ran into problems with the stupid heim spacers, they pressed in 1.5 spacers instead of the 1.25 spacers that fit into the camburg tabs. not gonna cut the tabs off the control arms so its looking like ill take a flap wheel to the spacer and get it down to where i need it. emailed them and said they press in the spacers now.... and on the LT bs thread they said they dont use lube when the do. already tried quite a bit of tricks to get them out so we will see how they turn out. gonna pick up some tubing to tie into the Dirt Designs coil bucket towers and then my engine cross hoop. ditched the washer fluid box because it was dry rotted and was in the way. coil over resis ill mirror the bypass resis and get them out from rubbing on the top of the bump stop cans. all n all the truck is moving along. have dual hyper cool derale oil coolers on the way and also a power steering cooler. all gonna be mounted in the bed. OMF matching spare wheel, my Krazy beaver shovel, and a race jack with a mini tool box ammo can. tail gate is leaving because its starting to crack the fiberglass an gonna be getting cnc bed braces and another set of rigid flush mount chase lights.

Revalved the coilovers tonight also cleaned them up. Took about an hour. Thanks again to @tubbsisland for getting me this spanner wrench super fast! Valved them to 08/08 and the bypasses are 10/15 if I remember right. Then 600# springs. Hopefully it'll be cherry. Had one hell of a compression custom stack when I took it apart! Gonna take a look at the bypass heim spacers chingas again tomorrow, also cut out some fender well to get the dirt designs coilbucket brackets in.
