Edit- To be fair, they labeled my house as being 'cape-style' when it was up for sale.

 

Needs a garage though! Dream is two bays wide and two bays deep with an extension of the master bedroom above the garage.

Jealous of your grass. They must have dumped a ton of great topsoil and then planted grass. Nice!

 

It was all sand, we did it all new in October

 

AH! So YOU did it. Awesome. What you need now is a nice walk behind or ride on commercial mower so you can leave some nice lines on the grass, and you'll be in business!

Nice looking lawn, Bill. Better you than me, though. Mine's probably half garden, and the other half is probably half dandelions, haha!

 

Looks good. Jelly as well. And same goes to you then. You need a nice commercial mower to leave those nice lines on the grass.

 

Thanks. Yeah it takes alot of time and money. I mow twice a week and fertilize every couple months

 

What kind/type of mower?

 

Not mine, but this is basically what I have. Mine is a 48". Hydraulic, not belt driven. Picked it up from my buddy, who picked it up from someone else while he had his weekend lawn mowing business which I helped him with.

 

I have a Toro walk behind. I think it is a 31" deck

 

Nice. Nothing too big or too crazy.

 

I used a similar one when I worked as a landscaper. Mine had a bigger deck, engine and wheels and had the trailer thing that you stand on. It would mow FAST. I think it was a 60" deck or something close to it. It was a beast.

Yeah pretty easy to mow with and fits thru some of my tight spots

 

It's not how fast you mow. It how well you mow fast

 

Nice!!!! When my buddy had it, I used it. We had the wheelie on it and some yards we did were fairly big, too big to walk, so I'd hope on it and crank the speed up on that bad boy. My yard is small in comparison to those, so when I bought it off of him I didn't buy the wheelie. I just turn the speed down and walk behind it. He got rid of it because he has a 52" ride on Scag Tiger Cat, so he bought a 52" Exmark Turf Tiger walk behind, and bought this thing called a PRO SLIDE. It's basically the wheelie but instead of wheels, it literally slides on the grass, therefore not leaving the wheel line on the grass like the wheelie. He mainly bought it so we could do the bigger yards together, so our "lines" on the grass would line up since before we used a 52" and a 48".
