Nothing wrong with mutts, or bitzers as I like to call them, as they tend not to breakdown as much as pures. Much like cars or trucks. Start with a good base unit and then customize them with the best of other parts. Since your base is a Lab, you can't go wrong. ;)

That's due up soon on my list of things. I saw one on someones deck once that had a strong magnet right below the opener to catch caps. No idea if it works, but may try that out...

The dealership in Morgan city grease the U-joints because they " don't even have a grease gun"...stopped by at AutoZone right down the street and picked one up for $20 and some grease. Laid down and do it right there on their lot to show them it's not that hard...

Just got in the MBRP high clearance exhaust. It was stated in an earlier post that it didn't need to be cut for short bed and that is unfortunatly not true as I need to trim it by just over 13.25 inches. Will post some sounds clips once it's installed

Picked up the Taco, and a new RAV (to keep the wife happy). Added the LED fog light bulbs from my traded in 16 WRX. Damn it feels good to be back driving a Toyota.

When you get it all on let us know how much it quiets it down, are you doing he back wall of the cab as well? In mine it seems like most of the sound/road noise is coming from the rear.

I didn't build it hoping for your approval, I built it because it meets mine!
