How do you get more power? Add a set of pipes, swap out the stock 7L airbox for a 24L airbox and then get the fuel injection re-mapped...

The list of mods on this bike is lengthy for sure, and the only thing I have left to do is some suspension work. If it doesn't sell by spring, I'll re-work the suspension, but hopefully I'll be back in the dirt on a new KTM by then.

 

I miss mine..Had one lust like it.

06-09 r6's are ridiculously bad@ss on the track. I raced one several times with WERA in 07. Got my ass handed to me, but had FUN!

 

I hated my r6. No torque at all. had to rev the snot out of it out of the corners. if you were one gear too high forget it your getting passed

The R6 is sick on the track! With the 06 and newer R6s ya have to keep the rpms high on the track, all its power potential is up high on the tach, 520 conversion kit was worth it too on the track.
