Thank you and I will do. At times its hard and stressful, but I just have to remind myself all the time it never about weight, it all about size and body fat.

    I'm in.

Currently 183lbs at 5'6. Highest weight was pry 185. Lowest weight was 150.

Not sure what my target weight is because of muscle mass difference but I want to get to less than 10% body fat. I know this will only happen with diet so that's where the majority of my help is needed

Yeah, I hear ya. Especially as a woman, I get "trained" to pay attention to a weight number rather than how I feel and look. I'd rather weigh 180lbs and be all muscle mass than 150 and have a beer gut :p

Started out my diet/increased cardio around May 9th, and I weighed 177. Now I way 162 with very little flattening of my muscles- all fat loss thankfully. My goal isn't necessarily a weight goal, but I always had a little "extra baggage" so to speak around my midsection, and I want to get rid of that. Hopefully by mid to late June I'll have reached the point where the lovehandles are gone or almost non-existant and my abs are visible :D

Weighed 274 pounds roughly 4 years ago. Went on a crazy healthy eating/exercise binge, dropped 75 pounds in 2 years. My daughter almost passed away not too long after hitting 199lbs. Got depressed and went all the way back up to 260. Recently started again and feeling good. Good luck to all!

My ideal weight is 250 but I'm happy at @ 265-270

I've been jogging consistently for about 3 months and have lost zero weight. Damn you diet and aging metabolism.

Cool, I'm in. I started back on track about 3-4 weeks ago.

    5' 6"
    Heaviest Adult Weight: 195
    Lightest Adult Weight: 159
    Goal: 155-160

Basically weight has always been an issue in my family so even though I'm told I look average (and not fat), I'm always very conscientious of it. About 6-7 months ago, I started hitting the gym hard. After not losing anything and having no time left for my family between work and gym, I figured I would try a different route that has worked for me before. In the past, I've used Weight Watchers. This time, I found an app called ProTracker. It's basically the same thing, but it's a one time fee of $3.99 rather than a monthly fee. Essentially you put in your stats and it assigns you a daily points allowance (mine is 38 per day), plus 49 weekly points to use as you desire. Built into the app is a database of food with each assigned a certain amount of points based on the fat, carbs, protein, etc in it. You also get extra points for exercise. Most fruits and veggies are zero points. For me it helps me stay accountable without having to give a ton of thought to what I'm eating other than if I have the points for it. It also pushes me to get creative to see if I can find an option with a lower points value. For example, I love mayo on my fries, but it has a high points value. Mustard on the other hand is zero points. Also, I love burgers and hot dogs, but the hamburger roll is 4 points and a hot dog roll is 3. So now I eat them without the roll. So I started with the app 3-4 weeks ago at 188 lbs. As of last weekend, I weighed in at 179. You can set your weigh in day however you like. Right now mine is set for Sunday morning. This helps keep me accountable for Saturday night, but also gives me Sunday to enjoy some food.

I look forward to doing this with everyone. It definitely helps to have a support group.

    Good luck!

Good luck to all those participating in the thread. I need to cut back on some of my splurging. Clothes are starting to feel tight.
