I got them all over the front of my house. What spray are you using to get rid of them ? Working?

I know, I know, but I needed a half ton.
Thanks! We have been looking for 2 years now. The market has been crazy. We ended up a little over asking price, but the place is spotless. The guy selling it is a contractor, so everything has been maintained.

Bug stop? I think it was called, they stopped moving so I think they are dead but we will see.

That's your textbook cape. Saltbox typically has the angle on the back, if my memory serves me. I've got a Gambrel Cape myself, so my walls aren't as slanted on the second floor.

That looks great, Billy! I need to get back on the fertilizer kick. I've got the Scotts 4 Step program and it's probably time for step 2.

My house was owned by people who had crazy amounts of plantings done, I'm trying my hardest to just not kill things. It looks great when I get it all under control.

I can loan you the tool, but my time is looking tight right now, unfortunately. I also basically supplied the parts and tools and Billy did the more difficult work of actually getting the bushing in place right. A word of caution is that axle seal needs to be 100% flush or it will leak. I thought I got it right on mine (the one thing I thought I could handle and let Billy take a break while I did it) and it leaked on me.

Walking into my house for the first time was one of the best feelings I've ever had, for about 30 minutes. Then it was the most terrifying feeling I've ever had!

For a pop-up, it has a lot of room inside! The slide is the reason we bought it, it gave us some more floor space to set up a pack and play and have the dog and not be tripping over both of them. It's set up in my driveway now, let me know if you want to swing by and see it sometime. I'm going to take it down before the rain on Friday and probably set it back up for the weekend with a big road-front for sale sign on it.

    Morning all!

X2. I was like "I OWN this!" for about 1/2 an hour. Then I was like "Oh, crap, I OWN this..."

When I see people texting I pull up along their rear quarter and stand on the horn. Usually it jumps them enough that they pay attention for at least the period of time that I'm alongside them
I may have been flipped off more than once because of it, too. Gave Zero F*cks.

Hate Hate Hate people who text and drive. A girl who was supposed to graduate with us was killed in a car accident my Junior year of high school because the girl driving the car she was in was texting.

Thanks! It definitely has some issues associated with it being 17 years old, but it seems to have been pretty well maintained by the previous owners. If we didn't have our second kid, we wouldn't be selling it.
