Bilstien 5100's all around, OME 885 coils, AAL, Total Chaos UCA's
I've read the stickies here on most of the lifts/wheel sizes but I want to make sure before I order the lift kit and tires it will fit.

It seems the Bilstien 5100's don't actually give you a 3" lift, but a 2 and 1/2 and is it just front or does the back need to go up too? If those aren't right, what kind of lift will actually life me 3 inces? Most seem to limit the 2wd to 2 inch lifts unless I spend the $1000 for the 4 inch lift. I want to be able to fit some 33's with the 285/70-R17 size and i don't want to sacrifice too much on ride quality, etc.

    Thanks in advance!

You can run 285s with billy 5100s set at 2.5" but you'll have to do some major trimming. 5100s in the rear do not give you any extra lift...they give you extended travel :)

Edit: But some Camburg 4" Spindles would be sick!!! Also, you might have some alignment issues with the lift so after market UCAs may not be a bad idea. Check out Light Racing if your on a budget or Total Chaos if money isn't that big of an issue

Hmm ok well i made and impulsive buy and bought front 5100's already. So that won't give it any real looking height? Can I still put the Camburg 4" Spindles with the front 5100's?

Just buy the spindles and get the TSB leafs. You will sit about dead level and should be able to fit 285s no problem.

So I wont need to do any spacing or additional modifications with the camburg 4". Also, this still only lifts the front right? Wouldn't it look odd to have 4" higher in the front?

4" spindles + 5100's set at 0, tsb rear and possibly the tsb AAL to get that rear up. you shouldn't have any rubbing
    fwiw,
i have 285's and 5100's set @2.5 and i had to do some minor trimming. nothing major unless your wheel your truck hard
