Hi everyone that's been following this thread!
Today I got my Billy's 5100 installed at SoCal Suspension in El Cajon,Ca
I initially was going to do .85 but decided on 1.75.

We had May Grey here in San Diego so the picture quality sucks and my truck is Black so it's hard to see the before and after pics but here it is:

I think I am looking at just about the identical setup. 2016 TRD Sport. Dual Cab/Short Bed. No additional weight added to the vehicle.

Would like to gain about 1.5 inches in front and 1 inch in the rear. Would like the ride to be a bit firmer vs stock, but still very comfortable for 300+ mile drives.

This is mostly for looks. Stock height is probably fine for 99.9% of any off roading I would be doing.

    My plan is to get..

    Bilstein 5100s 24-239370 front shocks
Bilstein 5100s 24-186728 rear shocks. I would prefer to set the front 5100 at the .85 setting based on what I have ready, my concern is will I get enough lift up front or will I end up with too much rake?

    Any thoughts on this setup?

    thanks!!

    Bilstein 5100s all around.

Front:5100s Set at .85 with eibach 620 lb springs. 1/4" spacer on drivers side. TC UCAs
    Rear: toytech AAL with 5100s

    Hub to fender:
    Front Drivers: 22.75"
    Front Passender 23"
    Rear Driver 23.5"
    Rear Passenger 23.5"

No issues to date. Front end is a tiny bit stiffer. For the good. the front doesn't nose dive when heavy braking. All around the truck is much better feeling with the 5100s. Def recommend for a cheap, yet quality lift.

Any reason why you did not go with the taller 610lb eibach coils and leave the 5100's at 0?

yea... I wasn't ever planning on lifting my truck. One day I stumbled upon the 5100 coil overs with the eibach springs on them. They were from a gentleman right here on TW at a very good price and brand new. So, i did it and kept it as they were.

    Eibach stage 1 -wheeler’s 2” aal-spc uca’s FN 5 Star w/Falken Rubitrek AT 265/70r17. Nitro 4:88’s KDMax tuned Leer 100r

I have the same 2016 DCSB sport 4x2. I kept my stock springs with the 5100's @ .85 and added the toytec 1/4" top plate "lean" spacer to both sides. Ended up 1.5" lift over stock after it settled. I also have 5100's on the rear and went with a 1" toytec block for now....rear ended up 1" higher than the front and that's what I was hoping...might add a Leer topper later and will probably go with progressive AAL at that time.
You are most likely going to be close to the limit on alignment for your stock UCA's if you go this route. I was able to get +2 caster and +.5 camber and the tech claimed that was about the best he could get. Still in factory spec and seems to drive great. Fronts are a tad stiffer than stock and personally I like it better. If you go with the wheelers AAL pack you should be ~.5" higher than I got in the back. So around 1.5" rake which should be very close to stock rake.

Thanks to all contributors on this thread. Very helpful.

I just decided on 5100s all around. 887 coils up front. ICON progressive AAL. LR UCA. Fingers crossed I made the right decision. Marie at Headstrong was extremely patient and helpful. Install wont be for a couple weeks, but will post pics.

Anyone getting thunks while going over speed bumps with these set to 1.5" or higher?

I've heard that is an issue with OME struts not having a long enough travel and reaching full droop and thunking when it hits the limit. I have this issue with my FJ currently and want to avoid it with my new Taco.

Hey guys I have a 2016 2.7 and want to go the 5100 route all 4 corners.

Having the light weight 4cyl, will I have bro lean or be leveled out at .85 setting? Everyone has the v6 and claims leveled at .85 or 1.75. Does anyone have experience or have the 4 banger with the 2016? I've asked the same question in the 4cyl forum with no legit response. My goal is to have a little more clearance for 265/75 or 255/85 - something similar to 32" on 16x8 with some offset to have a little wider stance.

    Thanks so much!
