Good! Don't know what it's like to have car payments, but it seems low enough.

Yeah I traded in a 2015 Chevy Colorado I paid cash for. Only had to borrow $4K to buy my Tacoma. Dealer told me my truck won't lose to much value if I wanted to keep it for a couple more years.

I may borrow a thousand and put a Undercover Elite on it this fall.

dam y'all are rich as hell lol. I'm over here trying to save up for topper. I'm not sure if he had the 2.0 but it was a hard tri fold, had same exact spring loaded rear clips. if you google it its happened to quit a few people. like a lot actually.

No Brother I'm a poor man also. I would like to have a Undercover Elite for my truck but I would have to borrow the money from the bank. I'm on S.S. Disability so I have to watch and not overload my arse, if you know what I mean.

When I start feeling down from looking at all the mods these guys do on there trucks, I just look out in the project's parking lot at my shiny black street princess then look at the other piles on wheels. Makes me feel not so bad then!

thats why we both have the 4 bangers lol. I'm a poor man with good credit i guess. ide much rather buy a cap topper than a tonneau honestly but they're like 2k and I'm sick of putting my tools and boards inside my cab when leaving the truck so still debating.

Just tighten the 10mm nut in the base of the handle... that will tighten the rear pull down thingy's.... don't tighten too much... you could deform the cover...!!

Mine is not even a month old and main(first in front) panel already developed two dents. I was alittle disappointed, no abuse to it at all, very careful with it.
Went back to the store and tried to return it, but no luck. They'll will contact manufacture to get a new panel.
If I could go back I would get undercover SE.

Unpacked, and could see some odd dents like it was over tightened straight from the box, even had straps on the box, so figured it had to be new. Installed, was careful not to over tighten the front cleats, didn't want to make it worse. Rained a little and it leaked BAD, only from the front sides. Contacted Extang to see what will happen. Took a short drive and it shifted position a lot. I have the newer 'locking' cleats on the rear out of the box.

I like the way it looks, and locks, but that front panel valley/dent is not good at all and it's right on the front clamps. Less than 24 hours and already thinking I either got a return, a reject, or something.

After the mention of the coming off while driving, I'm thinking of taking it off. It shifted a lot and I didn't go over 50. I don't think there's an OEM Toyota for long beds. Leaks are fine, but flying off on the interstate scares me.

My 2.0 Solid Fold is 6 weeks old and I now have the 2 dents in the front panel. I just sent a message via their website. Other than that, I really like their cover. I'm hoping this is not a major hassle.

I bought a TruXedo Sentry through a online vendor. The rails would not fit right and stuck up about 15 inches from the tailgate back. TruXedo would not help me out nor would the vendor I paid $750.00. All I got out of the cover was a $70 rebate.:(
The TruXedo Sentry is in the landfill.

I had 2 different people from TruXedo tell me over the phone TruXedo was aware their covers do not fit the 3rd gen Tacoma's properly. Just wish I could of had those conversations recorded. I cashed in my funeral, cremation plan just so I could buy that cover.

I’m on my 3rd Extang 2.0. The first one had the hold down clamp pull out when trying to install. Extang replaced that one. I installed the replacement with no issues. Then 2 weeks later, I noticed the panel caving in near the forward clamps. I initially thought the clamps had down the damage but under further inspection, the dents were aft of the clamps. Extang replaced that one as well (but I suspect they did only because I purchased via a dealer) because they made them drill holes in the cover and send pics with the results. I would have preferred to have an OEM one because I like the ease of opening Vs the Extang clamps. But have heard the OEMs leak badly. Here’s hoping the #3 Extang will last with no problems.
