@Pugga You have any good, more "wallet friendly" campsite in upstate new york? We were looking at one on Lake George and it turns out they don't have hookups for a trailer. Any input would help from anyone for any near state as well. Want to get away and don't know where yet.

What did you end up doing with your old 2wd Toyota after that accident, Seth?
Did anybody ever grow a conscience and come forward? Or did you spot one of your neighbors with a newly-mangled front end, lol?

 

It's sitting in my yard redneck style all mangled still. I think I'm just going to flat bed it. No one came forward, police never found anything(not surprising).

 

Sucks. I saw pictures of it before and it was pristine.

 

We used to go to Alpine Lake when I was little, I think they jacked their rates up a lot though since I was young. I usually use Reserve America to find my camping places. We tend to have good luck with the state campgrounds but they also generally will not have hook ups.

 

Ya it was a perfect old man truck. He'll I even drove it to/from Freeport a few times this winter and it was running great. Still runs like a top, just looks like shit.
