So they do not plan load c in 265/75/16... Not surprising. I do wonder how these are in snow and tread wear. I had some tires that were amazing in the first year but add 20k to them and they were garbage. Trying to find something that will be good it's whole life

Thanks for checking on it. I also wonder about the long term with these too.

They are awesome in every terrain except mud (even in mud they aren't terrible as long as you keep moving). I have the "old" version of this tire w/ about 55k on them on my Rubicon and they get just as good traction as they did when new. I really want them for my Tacoma, but I just found out they dont make them in a 275.

I just purchased a set of these tires to replace my duracraps. I suspect my truck will feel brand new once i get rid of these goodyears. Theyre going on a new set of FN 5 stars I just ordered.

^^^ Hah. What was the problems with the GY's? I only hear good things about them... I guess until now. :)

Added: I have 4 boxes beside me with FN Five Stars. Have had them for like a month now. But live's gotten in the way and I haven't finished my suspension yet. Soon...

I have a slightly sloped driveway and yesterday I backed up the driveway. Stopped got out and got the mail. Started backing up again and the wheels spun on the asphalt driveway. That gave me a good feeling. I don't feel that I gave it enough gas to spin them, just get going!!!

^^^ Yeah, but you're backing up, on an incline, in a pickup truck (which has like no weight in the back). I would expect this is going to happen with ANY tire.

My problems are serious vibrations and no wet traction. Dangerous when the roads are damp. Cant get up a hill when its wet, and the rear fishtails in turns. Ive had vibrations from day 1 , and its only gotten extensively worse. Even with seperate shops trying to rebalance.

Cant wait to get the 5 stars. Should be here saturday.

I have a set of Icons ive been waiting to put on my truck. Need a free day to get it done.

What size/spec AT3Ws did you order?

I have a set of Five Stars in Bronze (16x8, 3.5BP) sitting next to me waiting for tires. :)

265/75-16 standard load. The load rating and the 55k mileage warranty is really what pulled me in. I was looking at the cooper st maxx, but i really didnt want anything higher than a c load, and in that size only e load was available. Im hoping the lighter load should help keep the mpgs from dropping too much and ride less harsh.

I like the bronze 5 stars. I currently have flat black procomps and i wanted some color but a little contrast against the pyrite, so i got the light gunmetal 5 stars.

I picked up a set of P265/75/16's about a two weeks ago. I really like the tires so far. Just a touch louder than the stock kevlars, but well worth it.

Just curious what pressures everyone else is running?

    Cheers
