Just happen to see this and thought it looked pretty sweet... along with a few other trucks like a tundra and 4runner,

Got my brakes today hope to get them on this weekend...

How was it putting it in? I assume it didn't align perfectly and bolt right in.

I had to do some fab work. The factory brackets were close just needed a little modding. It's just a bolt in set up now.

Yep, some measuring and welding involved for adapting the brackets to the Taco hole pattern, but since Jake had done that previously, it was about a 15 minute job for me.

If you have welding skills, some steel sheet stock pieces and seats from a salvage yard, it's totally worth it. Best mod so far.

    Thanks again, Jake!

Cheap spacers and blocks, 33's, poor man upgrades.
Factory spare tire carrier under bed. Largest size tire it will hold? Anyone ever modify it to hold a bigger tire? Might wanna trim off the curved pieces to see how/fabricate/what it would take to fit a larger tire under there, if possible between leafs and rails. Comments concerns suggestions....

Curious about this as well. Although the 33 I have in mine would make the high clearance bumper I have pointlesso_O

Thats why god made 'pizza cutter' tires, so a full-diameter spare can fit under there without hurting the departure angle. :D
