You just need a 3 position switch instead of a 2 position switch.

    Check out the build
You would actually need a 4 position with and I don't know if they exist.

You would want, OFF, Amber On, White On, All On.

You could wire it up with two switches.

One that's a SPST on/off switch, and one that's a DPTT, ON/ON/ON. The on/off switch would cut all power to the light bar, and the other switch would control the 3 light modes. You need a double pole 3 way to get both amber and white to illuminate.

This is all an assumption, since I've never worked with one and don't know what your inputs to the light look like.

They have 4 position rotary switches that are usually used for headlights. Off, drl, on, and auto are usually the options. Bet you could get one to fit in the little cubby hole above the inverter switch.

There are 2 ways to wire these, but the diagram is somewhat confusing because it just says "Older models" and "Newer models", and expects you to tap into the high beam wire, meaning you won't be able to use the bar unless your high beams are on. If you don't want that, use the first, "Older models" diagram and connect Green/Yellow wire from the switch to ignition power. Connect Blue/Yellow to your dash lights, so the lettering on the switch lights up when you turn on your lights.
