Dang that is the cleanest 99 with low mileage I have seen. Great choice!

Part of me is like  because I remember when I first moved out here 15 years ago I was only paying $750 a month for a reasonable (not a dump, recently remodeled, but no W/D in unit just downstairs, had covered parking, but still not new) one bedroom, and even when I moved up here into a brand newish complex (lost the covered parking, but much nicer unit with new appliances) it was still only $800.

But then the rest of me knows very well how stupid rents are these days.

@aero3685 we pay $1105 flat with utilities included for our townhome. Although it is a little older and only has a one car garage, but still. We have 2 bed, 3 bath, unfinished basement with two extra rooms. 1650sqft.

    Edit: In Littleton.

Our neighbors pay around $2,000 a month for rent, and we pay about half of that towards the mortgage. We probably wouldn't be able to live in our house if we bought today, and we moved in 3 years ago.

@3378jakesr5 has made some Bed and Roof Racks if you want to go Local.

edit: He's out playing at RT with others so might be delayed response from him.

Yeah... theres plenty of cheap stuff away from the foothills/mountains, but I moved here for them, so I'm not about to commute an hour to mountain bike.

Edit: I should just start looking further in the mountains, or western side of the state... maybe next year.

Nice find, thanks. Just sent him an email. Do any of you know if the length matters? Meaning, should there be different length sliders for DC, AC, SB, LB, etc.?
