catering BS update. Manager was fired for lying about coming late, also attempted to cover it up. Now the owner is being questioned and also will be blocked from other franchises if he doesnt take care of this situation.

 

Oh wow. They need to get their shit together ASAP

 

owner is a busy DR. I get he's busy but hes still a franchise owner. Pay me my refund of catering services because of the lack of service i paid for.

EDIT: not requesting a full refund, i just want the additional fees they charged to deliver/set up/serve. Because thats where they fucked me.

Caterer was over an hour and a half late to my wedding. Then served horrible portions to where we ran out of meat. While some had mounds of food, others had very little. Also gave me tons of attitude when i told him he wasnt getting a tip when he left because of the reasons above.

 

Oh that sucks ass. Sorry, man.

 

nobody was able to tell he was late. I had my timeline toit like a toiga. I was able to shuffle some things around and everything went flawless for the wedding.

 

@Cuffs Embarassed to report that we didn't make it all the way up, but there is most certainly water at chilnualna falls.
