Question, because I'm too lazy to read all 11 pages. Hi-lift bedrail mounts, can you make these "lockable"? Don't want somebody to just be able to unscrew the wing nuts and take my jack.

Hey man, yes I can drill a hole in the end of the mount and you can put a small luggage lock through it which keeps and honest thief honest haha. Or if you want I can drill a hole in the plate and you can run a cable lock like a gun lock through the hi lift and mount. Up to you.

 

If you could drill an extra hole for locking purposes in the plate, that would be great. Sign me up for the mounts and also the slider adapter, happy to support a fellow TW'er. Look like good products.

Howdy Y'all. Got my cb mount from shmellmopwho this past week and installed this weekend. Good quality, no complaints at all. It does prohibit the tailgate from falling as soon as you pull the handle but I don't see that as a pro or a con. Just ran the coax behind the tail lights and inside the frame to the passenger side where a grommet in the floor lets you enter the cab. Good job Shmelly!

 

Hey thanks buddy for the kind feedback. I make the holes for mounting slightly bigger so you have some adjustment. You can level that mount out cuz it looks like it dips down slightly in the picture.

Got the mounts yesterday and earlier than expected. Got them put on yesterday in less than 30 minutes!

The antenna mount is perfect and so are the Hi-lift mounts. Have to figure out the Hi-lift mounts as the one towards the tailgate the bottom part of them does not touch the bedside but I think that is because of the Hi-Lift base. But they are sturdy sturdy sturdy and really hold the Hi-lift on well.
