Isn't a sealed ball joint better than a uniball don't they last longer and have less issues. Read great things about both. I guess I'm hesitant to purchase because not to many guys run these

Ive seen more people run aftermarket uniball uppers than aftermarket sealed ball joints. Camburg and LR are the only ones to my knowledge that offer aftermarket sealed ball joints. While there are multiple options for uniball uppers. Sealed ones you can forget about for the most part while uniball uppers require occasional lubrication.

Dealta thanks for the input. I'm looking to purchase an icon stage two and need uppers. I was looking at light racing UCA's and came across this thread. Im hesitant. I like running with proven products and the price difference isn't to far off from LR. I guess it's that I'm not to familiar with built right

They started producing these in 2010, and reviews that I've read have been very good and someone chimed in from the last group buy saying how satisfied he was with them.

Read through this thread, last page is the most recent.

I spoke with the guys at the shop about this same issue. The issue with the sealed version is condensation and moisture get trapped inside and pitting occurs. Using some Teflon or dry lube on these will get rid of the squeak and provide a coating to help repel moisture. Just remember to hit it up every now me again.

I've got about 7K on mine and they are great. There's also a thread somewhere on here showing other brand hitting the coils at max droop and these don't. Not to mention, the customer service is top notch. I'm local so it works out nice, but these guys won't steer you wrong. If anything they'll "down sell" you if what you're talking about wont fit your application.

Rusty thanks for your input! I'm going to do a bit more research. I might pull the trigger on these. I appreciate all the positive input guys

Do you think there is a chance for another group order a little while down the road? I would love to get these but don't have the funds just yet.

Im not sure. Maybe you can be the leader of the next group buy! I know companies like to wait a couple of months bit in between group buys.
