hmmm, I'm thinking I might go and set up shop at one of these things soon once school gets out. I need to start generating some potential extra income...this may be a good way to get some of my stuff out there! Do people sell stuff there or Advertise?

had mine on the way into work, haven't had a donut in ages

 

As much as I'd want a donut, I think I've had too many over the past few weeks. There is a place in Quincy called Donut King that has the best donuts I've ever had. It's forever spoiled me. I actually started the donut club at work in which every Friday we work (every other) we get a batch from there. I can track weight gain since I started the club.

 

so we raffle off a classic car for charity every year, and got in trouble for selling tickets there because they approve their charities over the winter and we weren't on the list. that said, they told us that we can display the car and raise awareness for the raffle at the show. i don't know if the same applies to you

 

Absolutely. Put your truck in the show along with your painting of it and some other ones to strum up some business.

That would be cool, I was just thinking of popping my hood and displaying a couple of my paintings underneath along with my business card or a flier and hopefully chatting it up with some folks.

I may be interested in a painting, not of the truck but of my girlfriend and I's house as a gift for her. She's been wanting something like that since we bought it.

yeah i think having a few on display and a way for people to contact you would be good enough. maybe throw a hashtag on your truck
