    so, been cutting weight, low carb diet high protein macro type.
    240-227 now. I feel weak as hell, its crazy. My main solo lifts are fine but my smart ass said lets start back up with my conditioning program.

    When i wasn't on a crazy shitty diet, pulling 315 for 10x10 was nothing, squatting 250 x 10 x 10 was nothing, 250 x 10 x 10 was nothing.

    Yesterday i had a rude awakening. Since my leg injury i have been trying to get it back to shape. Long story short, 3 rm is decent weight but never focused on volume since.

    Here is what i did for my 3 move superset. IM also for the first time on an ECA Stack, not sure how that impacted me but hey :
    100# dumbel presses 1 notch incline bench from flat 10 x 10 easy
    150# squat 10 x 10 hated my life
    190# deadlifts 10 x 10 hated my life!

    1 min rest for first 5 super set, 2 min rest for the last 5.
    I timed myself for the sets, 1 super set takes me 1:30min without rushing
