Yea, they sold out. He was going to bring a set to the expo to display. Ive been trying to hunt down pictures of a cracked bed side near the tailgate for him.
Pretty cool new product for those with bedracks and lots of weight on the bedsides. Should be available soon.

No problem! I'm waiting for the rest of my front suspension parts to come in and then I am ordering a set from you! I don't want to keep you waiting to long on the cores.

You still have my number? Text me with them.

Yes, the cracks that follow the bolts to keep the tail lights in.

They are really cool. They go in those corners and have tie down holes. They dont interfere with the tailgate at all.

I couldve sworn I took pictures of them at the expo.

Go ahead and order your spindles now before Jason sells out, plus if you have them early you can get them powder coated to match your new suspension parts... Because matcha matchy = +5hpimage.jpg

Even if they don't match, gusseted spindles add +20 hp, so you're good either way!

So basically...if you add a TRD sticker to powder coated matching gusseted spindles there is no need for a supercharger !

I thought that buying them from the internet adds 1" of travel? Installing stickers with the parts installed +50hp, stickers without parts only get +5HP.

What do you want to know?

Get some 3/16ths steel, cut it to fit your TC cam tabs. I used a circular saw and an abrasive cutoff blade.

Then mark and drill holes to match the position of your cams. 14.5mm drill for the back, 15.5 for the front. Assuming you have Moog greaseable bolts. That should also work for OEM, but I'm not sure.

Bolt it all on, and then go get your alignment dialed in.

appreciate the info.. my assumption was the alignment was already dialed in and it was like a permanent mount so hard hits wouldn't throw the alignment off.. are your adjustments made with the upper arms??

sorry trying to picture this in my mind while also here at work.. :anonymous:

That's the theory, and the point of doing it. However, you're going to have a very hard time making those plates match perfectly to your existing alignment. Mine is close enough I only needed a toe adjustment after installing.

You will want heim joint UCAs if you ever need to change alignment again though. Or you'll need to make several sets of plates and swap them in/out to adjust it. If you change ride height, add a winch/bumper, whatever.

TC and Dirt King both make an adjustable UCA, others too probably.

I was in a hurry when I did mine, and didn't take a lot of pictures. Its simple though, if you can cut/drill you can do it.
