Tonight's project finish tapping ubolt flip plates. Cut drill and fit super bump plates to ubolt plate.

 

It's getting to the point where I wouldn't be at all upset if they did.

 

Nice George, you and I are walking side by side with the mods. I'm doing something similar in about three weeks. I haven't decided if I was going to drill, or weld the plates together. Which flip kit did you go with? All Pro?

I went with the super bumps along with the 3/8" spacer.

 

I ordered the all pro but got the toy tech cuz they were back ordered. You can get the all pro already drilled and tapped. I think I saw you the other day going down 680. Your truck is looking nice!

 

If you saw me within the last two/three weeks in addition to the new rear bumper from Billy, I would have two blue 55 gallon barrels in the back and potentially a sagging bed if I was heading north (hauling water). All this weight pushed me over the fence to finally get a real leaf pack (OME Dakar), which naturally led to "might as well do a flip kit and super bumps while I'm at it".

Are you going with or have any kind of axle shim?

 

No vibes. Did the carrier bearing space and that's it. But I'm gonna do the extra leaf so we'll see if I get any vibes.

Brown truck brought me these yesterday,and they went straight on the truck.also installed my redline hood struts finally.

or rotate the lower resi fitting outboard a bit.

 

i have my resi mount mounted to the bottom of the sway bar relocate to be a tad lower. May be an option here if it does touch any.
