You realize, of course, that this thread is in DIRECT COMPETITION with the "Weight Loss Goals and Challenges" Thread, don't you? :boink:

Chickens thighs are cheap as hell, tons of protein(good for muscle gain), and my go to dinner. Maybe not good for weight loss exactly but good for body fat percent reduction

I believe Gallagher asked the all-important question; "Why do hot dogs come in packs of 8, and hot dog buns in packs of 10?"

Chicken ramen, or nature vallet bars is what i bring to work since they are cheap and no prep involved, that and they keep me full. 6 bar packs in a box i have 3 breaks a day so 1 2.98 box feeds me for 2 days at work. 6 bucks for my 4 day work week

Almost as bad as those Fluorescent Red Hot Dogs i used to see in the cheap grocery stores.
I think the reason Bar S hot dogs taste like ass is that's the part of the cow/pig/chicken they use to make them!

They sometimes have crunchy things in them. A hot dog does not have crunchy insides.

Russian stores. Or really anywhere that has canned meats, but I've oddly found the Russian varieties to have the least amount of processed junk in it. Mostly it's just meat cooked in its own fat and salted.

Kind of on a diet right now :( basically put some crunchy peanut butter between two pieces of bread and fry it up just like a grilled cheese . Then rain down the syrup! Milk is a must .

Brown 1 lb. ground beef in a large, oven-proof saucepan. Add 1 can condensed vegetable soup and stir. Top with instant mashed potatoes or Jiffy dough mix (in the box). Bake until top is crispy. Poor man's shepherd's pie.

    No mods whatsoever!
White bread or English muffin lightly toasted. Butter the inside of each slice and add two pieces of Kraft American cheese. AKA ghetto grilled cheese.
