Updated OP with info about adding your MFPal or FitBit usernames to the participant list.

If anybody has shared theirs and isn't on that list, let me know so I can add it.

Either tag me or PM me please, so I can see it easily!

Not sure what kind of music you all listen to but this has recently became a staple in my weights station especially when I'm feeling beat. The guys voice does not match his appearance but if you like rock you may like this.

You need to figure out your tdee

Total daily energy expenditure and go off that. Your bmr is literally just the calories your body uses for living, breathing, eating, etc. not excersize or anything else.

Had to switch from chicken breast to thighs. No matter what I did, chicken was dry and pain to eat after a couple days. Had to sip water to force it down. Oh well chicken is chicken right?as long as its not fried LOL

If you like salsa I make this every now and then. Literally 2 ingredients 4-5 large breasts and a large jar of salsa I use hot. Put it in the crockpot on low for 5-6 hours (8-9 if frozen) and then pull the chicken apart with tongs or forks. Tastes great and can be used for a lot of stuff or eaten by itself. I usually eat it with 100 g of brown rice and 60g corn.

Noted, thanks for the suggestion. I don't know how I was able to eat dry chicken breast for 6 months straight a couple years ago. SMH.... it worked though LOL
