Looks great. I'm in the market for a high-clearance rear and have been looking around without really finding what I want. I'm looking for dual swingouts with the tire on the driver side, and dual Jerry can mount on the passenger side. If you come up with something like this at a market-comparable price, I'll be all in. Will you offer these in bare steel as well?

We actually have changed the powder coat idea and won't be offering it. It's too much of a hassle to ship. Expectation is the ship the product powder coated and it arrives perfect, reality is trucking companies like to drop stuff from buildings and destroy stuff like it's their job.

It sucks, we deal with damaged shipments almost daily and we take a ton of time to make sure they're packaged well. Powder coat companies are everywhere, it just makes more sense to let the customer have it done. Plus they can pick the style and color too.

Looks sweet! If I didn't already have a HC, I would wait for yours!

Only downside I noticed is the tubing.. Not for strength, definitely a great idea. But it will be heavy and really, if not impossible to paint inside of it WELL, which will cause it to rust more than normal.

It's definitely a bear, but it's only about 25 more than some of the competition. 25 lbs isn't a huge difference.

This is a good point. I think you'll definitely be able to get a spray paint can in there to blast the inside of the tubing. I will look into this.

I didn't know the exact differences but it will definitely be more than most around here. Not a bad thing, more weight, more steel, right!

Paint can will work but how far in will you be able to actually hit? Not enough to put down a solid coat.

Like @DrFunker said, you could blast some Fluid Film or some other anti-rust agent in there. Then cap it with standard receiver hitch caps.

Possible to have pre-cut holes or brackets for additional reverse lights?

We are going to add cut outs for the small ditch lights.

So.... The factory hitch must be removed in order to utilize Mobtown reinforced bumper?

Yup, that's pretty standard for these types of bumpers. The point is to gain more clearance and you can't really do that with the factory hitch.jj

Good to know. I'm guessing the bumper will come with some type of hitch that's stronger than factory?

It will have a beefy hitch integrated.
