Wouldn't have that issue with an SOS concepts :boink:
Is it powdercoated? If not take a die grinder or find a massive drill bit and wallow out that recovery point. If it is powdercoated your gonna fuck up that powdercoat doing that

Yeah its powder coated. I think it's more an issue with the D-ring being he wrong size. I already took a sanding drum to the ID of the recovery points. I guess I'll mess with it more tomorrow. Just not happy about it!:bananadead:

Na it's my brother in law's. He's been driving the taco since Wednesday. I'm a little anxious to get it back lol. The jeep is nice but Damn they suck on long trips. Very loud and bumpy at 75 mph. Plus it cant pull a hill to save it's life. Gotta downshift.

Morning Rich. I showed your truck to one of my partners at work that recently bought an '04 OR. He really liked it. I helped him troubleshoot a bad actuator on his t-case. He worked out a really good deal because the 4wd wasn't working.

We did a partial suspension swap on JWL's 2008 yesterday.
884's and 5100's in the front and Wheelers AAL and 5100's in the rear.
    Turned out really good.
