    Dumb question maybe, and yes I have searched. Is there a write-up yet to install a 2016 Pelfrebilt front bumper? I keep seeing people having to cut, and im just trying to make sure I'm not going to do it wrong lol

    If the hole is actually too small and you don't want to drill, you can just use a smaller high strength bolt in place of the pin.

    never ending..
    I felt the same way at first.... now they have both been reamed... had to drill out the fairlead holes too as they were a tad too small.. now PERFECTION all the way around.. Satin Black Rustoleum is a near perfect match I have been told and I would say you would never know.. just do it!!!!! :thumbsup:

    I used my bench grinder and took the powder coating off of the shackle pin instead of drilling the bumper. That is also an option.

    What fuse block are you running? I'd love to clean up how much shit I have connected to my battery and keep it to just a fuse block and winch, with all other auxiliaries running off the block.

    Finally finished refinishing a Pelfreybilt front bumper I purchased off another member. Sanded, Primer, bedliner, and painted the tow hooks red. I think it came out great!

    By the way, even though I bought this bumper second hand, Satin was quick to provide install instructions when I emailed Pelfreybilt. They are high-quality individuals over there.

    Anyone know what size bolts are used for the skid plates??? dealership lost one... they thought a little harbor freight bolt would suffice... :rant:
