I'm interested in movies/TV you have seen and want to give your review*. What have you seen lately from any genre? It would be cool if everyone could give their "top 10" movies/TV of all time or ones you would recommend the most.

*PLEASE NO SPOILERS, as we wouldn't want to ruin it for others here, who may have never seen the movie/TV episode yet.

If you want to reply to others that have seen the movie/TV episode, please use the "SPOILER TAB" = Text containing spoilers, which Hides text that may contain spoilers so that it must be clicked by the viewer to be seen. An example =
    write your spoiler in here
    .......Thanks and enjoy.

Watched "Dead Pool" twice last weekend. Very good movie. If you like twisted humor meaning lots of violence a la "Pulp Fiction", you may like this movie.

Also just watched "The Radiant Child" last night. Documentary based on Jean-Michel Basquiat life. Recommended by @GHOST SHIP . Excellent movie, excellent music. Will watch that one again tonight.

I agree that "Deadpool" is an adult superhero and wouldn't feel comfortable bring a child to that movie.

I will check out "The Radiant Child" and thanks for the links.

When Roger Ebert used to write reviews of movies, we both must have had similar tastes, because I agreed almost 100% with his ratings.

If anyone is a fan of the Horror genre, a movie I would recommend is called "The Babadook". It's a movie without all the blood and guts, but still keeps you on the edge of your seat, with great acting.

    Here is a trailer:

Just curious how many times have you been to the movies last year? Are you going for only certain types of movies?

Don't really go out to the movies much (kids o_O). Last movie in a theatre - Star Wars - The Force Awakens.
Tend to want to see movies on the big screen that work really well on the big screen.

hmmm....there is a movie out there that I had to shut off part way through. I typically never do that. I think I flushed all memory of it down the pipes. :D

I agree, with the prices as they are, it's only for movies that I really want the full effect. I saw Avatar in 3d IMAX and it was worth every penny, I LOVED that movie and wish they made more like them.

I just saw a movie called "Victoria", which is filmed in Germany, with foreign actors that aren't superstars, but I highly recommend it.

Actually, one of my favorite movies of all time is "Fantastic Voyage". If ever a movie begged for a full on remake with modern effects work it's THIS one!
