    Because of the new charter system. 36 charter teams and 4 non chartered teams. When's the last time you saw a start and park car? Gives NASCAR credibility, consistency, and stabilizes smaller teams. It's been good for competition too.

    There aren't any driers on the track, can't see 100 yards down the track, more rain 60 minutes out until 7pm, no lights at track and sunset is 8:30.
