Been in Alma and Estes the past few days. There's a lot of you out there!

 

My leafs squeek like a mofo, stock 14'. I've been meaning to try the bycicle tube+rubber cement fix but just haven't gotten around to jacking the truck up.

Mine as well but they are the dakars. I just figure they are a good warning on the trails to other drivers that I'm on my way

I stumbled upon a new CVT dealer right here in Denver the other day; 'Space Trailers'. They had a tent mounted right on one of their trailers outside the shop, which is at Broadway and Oxford. He said he had 5 or 6 tents in stock, so it could be a great way to grab a tent quick. No shipping charge but have to pay tax...not sure which is more.

The guy's brother builds the trailers, I think he said in Montana. Nice guy, drove a 1st gen. I told him about TW, maybe he'll turn up on here.

 

Although cvt gives 10% off to forum members.

 

Got home and out of the shower.... O how I love my AC. What the hell is going on in here.

Took almost 700 pictures over the weekend. Most were for the Rimrocker trail.

Uploaded them to the computer and I got a lot of great ones of the Milky Way from the Top of the World!! Taken from about 75 feet down from the ledge looking towards it between 2-3am'ish. There were two climbers who were sleeping on the edge, so I didnt try and light up that area with a flashlight like I would've liked to.
