I ordered an OME complete lift from ToyTec Lifts. The nylon liners for my leaf clamps are all broken. The pieces weren't in the packages either so I believe they were shipped like that from ToyTec. I have contacted them trust in them taking care of me by the high praise I have heard about them. I've also contacted ARB about if I can get replacement nylon liners. My questions, do I need them, can I replace them, what should or can I do? Thanks.

I had something similar happen to me.
I contacted ARB and sent pics.
They sent me a new leaf pack; they didn't even want the old one.

Haha, now that's what I call service. I just want the plastic pieces, I think the leafs are fine.

To be more specific on can I replace them. Naturally I just have to take the leaf clamp bolt off and slide the new ones on. Would it be stupid to assume that if I lifted my rear tires completely off the ground that I could take the bolt off of the leaf clamps and replace them then? It seems doable, but I'd like to hear opinions. I was hoping to do the install this Friday, but am unsure how long it would take to get those nylon liners in hand, if I can get them.

I just installed some on a 2013 DCSB yesterday, and mine came a with a few that were a little cracked but I just went ahead and installed them anyways. I could be wrong but I don't think it's a huge deal if they are a little busted. I wrestled with those bastards for hours, best of luck!

Same here, mine were broken and missing. ARB sent me a baggy of new ones, free of charge.

As long as the portion between the retainer and the leafs is there and it can't fall out it will do its job

Probably a week if I remember. Think they came from the east coast to Texas. Their customer service is great. Ive had to call them twice for two different things. Each time, they just sent new stuff out, no questions asked.
