Get longer shackles to raise the rear more?

 

Could do a shackle flip but if you are at 3.5" up front your cv's must hate you..

 

My cv's hate me after I put the 700lb coils on. I gained 1.5" with my shackle flip.

As far as I know it fits 2005-2011, possibly 2012-2015 if the frame hasn't changed.

Powder coating is starting to come off and will need cleaned up.

All hardware, bolts, washers, nuts and brackets included. This mounts directly to the frame and makes for one solid light bar.

 

I have uca but man I would have never thought it would raise the front that much

Is that gonna be too many? Haha. I'm reluctant just because in my experience it can really really slow things down with a lot of traffic

Fair warning, a trip to visit me is 5 hours each way. On the trips I make west, I end up north in Bothell or Everett. I have most of the tools to deal with swapping coils. I don't have a spring compressor though, but I can rent one from local autoparts store.

 

Does it pull to the right if you let go of the wheel. Mine is turned slightly to the right too. About 1/3 of that amount.

2ng gens can't do that as easily as 1st gens. They got this new fangled, inverted shacke thingie.

 

Sure does, I'll be getting it aligned in the future

 

If the only alignment problem is the steering wheel not being straight it's easy to fix it by adjusting the tie rods in on one side and out on the other side. If you turn them both the same number of turns alignment won't be affected.

 

This can fix the steering wheel alignment but it will do nothing for the pull to the right. Both of us have that too.

 

Could be your rear axle is dog legging, mine was like that

 

That's correct, I missed that part.

 

What was the fix?

 

Your alignment sheet will say if something is out of whack in the rear, I think it's toe but could be wrong..
Put jack stands under the frame with rear at full droop, loosen the ubolts (on the side it's pulling to) and shake the axle back and forth. That'll recenter the axle. I didn't think I moved mine at all but it doesn't pull anymore

 

it seems the cvs are fine with the LR UCA but somewhat stiff. I was certain that with the 886 springs it will settle and be about 2 to 2.5 inchs according the headstrong with the arb bumper. and when I installed the lift, it was sitting at 3 1/4 and now its 3 1/2. plus got a bro lean so I gotta put my overload back on my truck today. im starting to get some concerns about my truck starting to get effed up from this lift and almost really regretting buying a lift. this is just me venting and just kinda frustrated that im 1 inch above my wanting goal

 

I'd like to get another inch or two
