    Hello fellow enthusiasts,

I just took delivery of my new to me 06 Taco D Cab 4X4. Coming from a Ford Ranger, I have been wanting this for a long time.

I have a trailer that will tow 3 motorcycles and find myself always towing my friends bikes. I needed a tow vehicle that would also tow my friends along with their bikes. The D-Cab is the ticket.

I have owned Toyota's most my driving career. I strayed away a couple times with regret and now I have a 2009 Corolla and a 2006 Tacoma.

A few pictures of my new Toy.

I got it with 28k on it.

The Ranger was nice (2000 XLT 4.0L) but it was the older motor and didn't have the power. It had plenty of torque but on the highway it didn't like speeds over 70, otherwise the mileage crashed.

I had the super cab which only had jump seats in the back. I needed real seats for traveling with passengers.

I liked the truck for the most part but it's no Tacoma.
