    This weekend I put the truck and the trailer I picked up to good use. My pops and I made "walls" for the trailer a few weeks ago. Used some wood sheets, cut them 2 feet high, and used them to make walls to haul mulch and stuff like that. The trailer is 5 x 10.

    The town I live in, they have a little place where you can go dump small branches and stuff like that, which they use to dump the trees that they cut down while doing tree work. With all of that, they chip it all up and as long as you're a resident, you can get the wood chips for free. You just have to load them yourself.

    So myself, my dad and my father in law made two runs to get some free woods chips so I could cover up an area in my yard by the road. Figured each load was about 3 something yards, so we probably got a total of 7 and a bit. I'll have to take a pic and post it up so you can all see what I did with them.

    my town does the same thing, I knew about it and just remembered the other day while trying to figure out how we were going to try to clean up the backyard. They also have lots of fill dirt from the digging projects going on around town.

    Glad you mentioned the dirt thing... I need some of that myself so I'll have to pop in our place and see if they have any. Well, I know they do, but to check and see if it's free as well.
