Is it okay to use in my front and rear diff? Or should I just go ahead and buy redline without the limited slip?

First gens don't have limited slip. So just buy whatever's cheaper.

Yeah I know there's no limited slip, that's all my auto parts store had. Wasn't sure if the additive would mess anything up

You know, I'm not sure. I don't think it'll hurt it, but I could be wrong.

    It's perfectly fine.

It's fine to use. I used it in my 2013 which has no mechanical LSD and it worked great. Transfer case too.

It's not specifically for LSD models - it's designed to work in any diffs *including* LSD's.

I've just bought some for my Sequoia and expect it to work great there as well.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Go with Redline and call it a day. I personally think all oil additives are snake oil and don't do a damn thing other than get people to spend money on things they don't need. The right oil for the application will have all the additives you need, there's no need to add to it. Lucas oil stabilizer has to be one of the biggest derps of all time! You couldn't pay me to pour that thick shit in my engine, imagine what that does to the oil! In many cases, pour-in additives can dramatically decrease the amount of protection the oil was supposed to have in the first place.

Putting regular gear oil in a mechanical limited slip diff without the additive will change your mind about all additives being snake oil. Chatter chatter chatter chatter.

The clutch packs need a friction modifier.
