Is it worth it, with that many miles?

It looks like she has been taken care of. Comes with a lot of maintenance records. I see a lot of listings for $12-13k.

I'm looking at getting one to mod a hell of a lot more than I am willing to go with my daily driver.

Define "a lot"....all engine oil changes? Other power train fluid changes? What does frame look like?

I'm headed to take a good look at it this evening, the frame was one thing I was worried about. A coworker is selling it. He said it was always services at the dealership and the receipts are in the truck.

Spend some time looking at the service records and compare them to the factory service manual service schedule interval.

If you're worried about the frame, have a local dealership inspect it. This could save you a major headache with a rusted frame.
