I had a add a leaf in my old leaf spring pack but I went in for the recall to get new springs. They said they would re install my aal but they called 3 hours later saying the won't. Has anybody been able to get an aal in the new recall leaf packs? Thanks

They aren't authorized to install anything aftermarket in the new leaf packs. You'll have to have it installed elsewhere or yourself, dealers can't.

Sounds like you are asking if an AAL will fit, not if anyone has been able to get the dealer to install. It will.

Mine fit fine but it's the shorter style AAL.

Any chance you have a picture? I have a single aal for each side I need to install. Thanks

Here you go. You will need new center pins, I got crafty with a 3/8" x 4" grade 5.5 from home depot and ground the hex head corners off.

That's exactly what I needed to see. Thank you so much. I was getting worried that I wouldn't be able to put it in cause of all the clips.

Here's my 1.5" wheelers AAL with overload in. No problem whatsoever. It was very easy with the help of a friend. Didn't have any problems with the clips or anything like that
