    Got my CB radio for Christmas so hopefully I can get my Firestik kit in time to wire it up on mod day. If not, I'm going to get some lights for my bed bar and wire them up. Jon, do you still need colormatch paint? When are you planning on painting you grille? Also, Mike I just noticed your location is Glendale. My hometown is in La Crescenta so I'm not very far from Glendale at all. How come I've never seen you around? :notsure:

    MATERIALS NEEDED FOR A CB INSTALLATION

    -Cb Radio
    *If your gonna power it via the cigarette lighter, youll need an adapter
    *If your gonna power it via the battery, you may need some xtra wire to extend the line from the CB as they are usually short. 16 gauge will do fine. Also, some eyelets.
    -Coaxial Cable (10-15ft)
    -Antenna
    -Antenna Mount
    -Wire for Grounding Antenna
    -SWR Meter to Tune Antenna once installed

    It depends where your CB is gonna be mounted. From your pedals to the battery, you'll need about 2-3 ft. Then calculate the wire needed from your pedals to wherever you plan to mount it. Youll also need about 4-5 feet of wire to ground your antenna if you plan to use a non-magnetic mount antenna like a firestick.
