    Yeah I wake up and eat and today I ate more than usual. I usually have a bowl of cereal, sometimes a banana too. Today I had a 2 egg omelet with a hamburger (leftover form the weekend) crumbled in it, and a banana. I ate probably around 8:45. I took Hyde at 10:45 and went to lift...

    Idk try a lighter breakfast and like you said, take Mr Hyde 30 mins before training. I didn't feel the tingles much either. Anyway, I'm really happy with my PMP stim free so far. Doesn't taste good but I get real sweaty and I feel more focused. The pumps are pretty awesome too.

    PMP is ok. Tastes terrible. I've got enough focus to get through my training, but don't feel a ton of energy. I woke up from a nap yesterday and decided I needed to go to the gym, so I took Hyde so it would wake me up. I don't get the sweats from PMP. But, the good thing about it is that I can come home from the gym, lay down, and fall asleep.

    What is cardio?







    I was doing good on it for a while up until May. 2-3 times a week I was doing 10min of intermittent sprints post workout. Had a few days where I was close on time and had to make the hard decision to cut the cardio portion and I never added it back. This new workout is back to what I used to do with the 60sec rest so my heart rate is in a constant state of 'just on the edge of death' so I think I'm getting enough cardio in...

    Holy crap. Just had the worst cramp I've ever had. I was doing decline sit ups. Was on my last set and all of a sudden my abs cramped up. I almost fell off the bench. I couldn't lean back up to get my feet out so I just laid there. Finally wiggled free and stood up and started walking to get my stuff and it hit again. I literally fell to my knees and couldn't walk. I bet I looked completely retarded :laugh:

    Worst work out I've had in a while. I could not get my head in it. I don't know if it was lack of music or just tired. But the first 20-30 min was fine but after that I was just gone. Finished but don't feel like I did shit

    Just did change it up. Started this HIIT training 3 weeks ago. I love the workouts just feel like something else may be going on that I can't wrap my finger around.
