    I don't have the factory clamps ( I use c clamps) Factory ones aren't that expensive just haven't ordered them. It is missing one of the moldings on the side. Not a big deal. Has a couple of places where the fiberglass could be touched up in the corners. Over all a good shell. It is solid that's why I said it would be a great color match. Trying to pass along a good deal.
