They may not let you in the service area, but you can watch outside the bay from the curb or parking lot. I do this if I have any doubts. I also walk around a lot - don't like sitting on my butt to wait.

Finally got around to installing my new rock sliders from RCI. Powder coating was chipped and then touched up with black paint which was disappointing but the metalwork on the sliders themselves looks pretty darn good.

Thanks! That's why I've been at so hard! Camping season is here I don't want to take a stock truck with me. Camping at Hawley lake in a couple weeks then Pacheta mid July and few more trips too im sure. As far as the work goes it has been hot as hell but I couldn't have done it without this forum and all the awesome people on it! All the product research and and how to info is invaluable! I've already saved thousands on installation cost. In the past few weeks I've learned so much about these trucks. Jerrytaco hooked it up and answered some questions I had in the middle of my install on a Saturday when all the shops were closed!. I'm really looking forward to sharing the knowledge I've gained to anyone who needs it! Thanks again!!!

Nope, not those. The tire is held down with a ratchet strap to keep it from moving, then I used two bolts and a pair of t-slot nuts in the front rail (had to buy a '15 front rail and install it myself.)

Thanks. I like the angular 'stealth fighter' look to them...will compliment the bumpers I hope to get....someday.
DKU# RTS83TY Although they say they're for 08-15 on the label, as long as you have a double cab, they fit. I ordered directly from Magnum. Good customer service there.

I have wanted semi-permanent storage for emergency gear and tools, like a bottle jack, stands, tire iron, basic tools, straps, gloves, water, etc.. With the cap on and the sliding rail bed, no 'truck boxes' would fit, so I bolted on an ATV tool box to the front 'bulkhead' on the slide...allowing me to lift it out if necessary, but easy access and secure while driving.

PS...here you see also see why I want to 'Tire Up' because the Bushwackers make my stock rubbers look small. :/ I haz the tire envy...

The rack has small holes predrilled on both of the long sides. I had to drill them out to 3/8" so I could attach them to the rail using 2 Allen thumb screws and t-slot nuts. It mounts pretty solid.

My Wrangler (Heretic, I know) has a nice "Serenity" sticker just above the rear wheel. Flat black, very subtle. I'll probably do something similar when I (eventually) get back into a Taco.

Ranch ECHO Cap -roof liner and swing down front window , sliding side windows with screens.
Bug deflector II - fit perfect .
Weathertech laser fit mats - in grey as I think they always look cleaner than black ones when dirty .
side body moldings - I detest door dings .
Sumosprings , To stop the squat when needed .
I built my idea of the perfect old mans truck !
1014 miles and very happy with her .

I washed it this morning.... In MUD :D

All the rain equaled the perfect time to go play in the truck this morning. Good thing about white is, its hard to see the mud on it from a few feet away!!
