I had my billies (set to 2.5), 1/4" spacer on drivers side, carrier bearing drop, and AAL installed yesterday. First off, it looks badass! :D
Now for my vibes. It vibes all the way from 0-35 to 40. I believe that its coming from the front. It doenst do it when I put it in 4x4 accellerating or decellerating.

If you look at this breakdown, the way mines set up now, is correct.
Is this what a diff drop helps?
    HELP!

well you paid for the install, so let them diagnose the problem.

but some say the carrier drop will sometimes cause the vibes...may want to remove that, or you can try the front diff drop...

If you feel them in the seat, the vibes are comming from the rear. Did you install axel shims?

So I took it to the shop, had the mechanic drive it. He stated that is definitely coming from the front (possibly from drivers front), but when 4x4 is engaged it doesnt do it. Thinks that this is normal, and they wont do anything, other than charge me more money to look at it again.

The diff drop is on. Do you think this is causing it?

There have been quite a few people that have had vibes from the diff drop. I always recomend not installing the drop unless vibes are present after the lift.
