you need a FJSE VIN to order those wheels from the dealers because people like myself scooped them all up when they first came out. Toyota ran out of wheels and put the restriction in place to save some wheels for the people that would actually need them (FJ SE owners).

It's the same deal with the all black trailteams rims for the FJs.

The girls are getting along really well, although Luna keeps laying claim to Piggy's beds. She seems to be in charge, Piggy don't mind though. Just have to get Piggy on the same bathroom schedule as Lu.

 

One would think that they would be happy to be moving merchandise?

 

They can't leave their vehicle owners without replacement parts

 

maybe now-a-days... but back then, these wheels were impossible to get... supply and demand... I could fetch a nice penny for them 1 year ago. Today? not so much... gotta wait for supply to be exhausted before I will be able to sell them for good $$

Yeah, but the whole VIN required to get a part is a PITA. I went in for some belts and stuff for mine and drove another car there, but didn't know my VIN and had to make another trip. Just irritating I suppose.
