    Always wish I would have built one for the kids when they where younger. HOA always had me worried about some damn parent filing a lawsuit against me because their kids got hurt in it. Different times we live in now. :(

    My neighbor hood is HOA good thing about it keeps the rifraft out doesn't devalue your property when the city/ county want to convert it into HUD homes. So even though it's sucks paying a yearly fee it's worth it at the end and will get me more money when I decide to sell.
