    What are you macro's split up as and overall? I can't remember if you all posted here. Derrick I know you're maintaining right? And Zach you're still cutting correct? My plan is to finish my cut in August at the 1 year anniversary of being 410. Then bulk from then until sept 15th ish. Then cut again until thanksgiving. Bulk through the holidays and start another a 2/2 cut/ bulk cycle for 2017 and until around april of 2018 when I will have my surgery. I want to make it a full year of cycling to have my BF at the absolute lowest before I go get myself filleted

    I'm cutting until I have a 6 pack, provided it comes before the fall. Bulk begins in Sept-Oct regardless. Current #'s: 2650 calories, 233 p, 309 c, 63 f.

    I wont have a six pack until after the surgery then It will be there. I guarantee that by that summer. Then I will be that guy that takes his shirt off to mow his yard lol.

    Haha I'm definitely that guy (as you've probably seen on snapchat)...Sunday when I cut grass, I had on a UGA bucket hat, no shirt, a camelback, shorts, flip flops, and a beer in my hand. Cutting grass is my unwind time lol

    9 times out of 10, I do. This guy is notorious for just up and leaving with all his shit still out, so I didn't really get a chance to say something to him. He had like 5 areas with weights still on everything, and I was thinking, "there's no way he's gonna leave all that." Next thing I know, there goes his little fag-mobile pulling out of the parking lot. I was pissed.

    Should've listened to my body...and @manethon

    My split was too ambitious. I got on the 2nd set and started missing reps so I decided to cut it and do it tomorrow instead.

    The good news is day 3 of Mr. Hyde lit me up. My eye balls started to itch so I did what any meat head whose body desperately needs rest that is tripping on pre workout would do...biceps :curls:

    Because recomp doesn't work/works too damn slow. Some say you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but it's damn near impossible to do, and even if you can do it, it's SOOOOOOOOO slow....for me anyway. Some people think bulking/cutting wastes time by not just staying lean year-round, but for me, it works better to throw on 20 lbs on a bulk eating like a bear and then shed the fat on a cut to reveal a newly added ~10 lbs of muscle. On a recomp-style diet, adding 10+ lbs of muscle per year is impossible.
