I ordered a set of WeatherTech digital fit floor mats about 12 days ago and they still have not sent me any shipping information. Has anyone else experienced this delay with weathertech.com? I called yesterday and all that I could get out of the customer service rep is that they will email me the tracking number when they ship. Its kind of frustrating when companys take forever to send out a package, but they have no problem withdrawing the money from my bank account within 24hours.

On a happier note, my access cover is getting installed right now! :D

I ordered my Weathertech liners 19 days ago. Wasn't direct from Weathertech. The only thing I have been able to get out of them is that my order was confirmed 12/20 and they should ship in a few day's. They took my money fast.

Yep, crazy slow shipping for me when I ordered a set for my taco, and for the wife's Murano.

took about 2 weeks, maybe a couple days more...

When I got mine, I went to their warehouse and picked them up. The guy I spoke with told me I was lucky I could do that because their shipping was running about 3 weeks behind production. Expect a delay if you order direct or from someone who does not already have them in stock.

However, I'm not sure it is OK for them to charge your account three weeks before they ship. You might confirm that with your CC company and remind Weathertech if that's the case. For delayed shipment I would expect them to put a hold for that amount and then process the charge within 24 hours of shipping.

Cabelas muight be a good source for front mats, but last time I looked the rear mats did not look like the Digital Fit ones I got directly from Weathertech.

Don't know what they have now, but mine were definitely the 'digital fit' in the rear.

I think Cabelas also offers the limited coverage Weathertech mats similar to the Huskys and all of the other cheaper mats as well. though if you aren't looking for the full Weathertech coverage, you can get the lesser W-tech mats at Pepboys in store.

Maybe they just don't carry them any more or show the wrong ones in the picture. Here's what I find today: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/t...-box.jsp.form23&Go.x=0&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1 They brand this as their TrailGear 2 which is how they brand the Weathertech Digital Fit front liners.

Here is what I got direct from Weathertech which does not look at all like what Cabelas shows:

I recently ordered mine on a Sunday. They didn't ship out until the next Monday and I didn't receive any email stating they had done so. I had to check the website every day to see if my order had shipped. Once they arrived, they screwed up the order and didn't send my drivers side but sent me 2 passenger side liners.

Don't know what the deal is.

My rears from Cabelas are exactly like yours in the above pic, only i opted for the black ones.

My fronts do have the 'Cabela' logo instead of the 'Weathertech'. (FYI)

I can imagine with today's economy and the time of year that they do not stock alot of product. Production may occur when an order or multiple orders are placed for the same mold. A customer may have to wait until more orders for a specific mold are placed to have a decent production run. Of course the manufacturer may not tell the customer this but may say the item is backordered. Nonetheless, I can see it being a slow time of year to receive anything and if you're anything like me, waiting sucks.

Good to know that the rears they ship are the right ones. My guess is that they have the wrong picture on their web site. And that's costing them. I specifically passed them up when I got my Weathertechs because I wanted the "right" rear mats.

    Thanks for confirming that.

And FWIW, I got mine in October and shipping was delayed at that time. But IMO they are worth the wait.

WeatherTech makes "Private Label" liners for Cabela's which is why you see identical liners with different logos applied. Additionally, WeatherTech is notoriously slow in shipping orders. They're great at taking orders, but shipping is a gamble.

I think I've heard that they take a while to ship from anyone who has ordered from the site.

Calling it a "gamble" doesn't really make sense-Cause you'll get your mats- It just might take a while.

When I ordered mine they took about two weeks to arrive. It seems a lot of companies have slowed down production, at least toward the end of the year, which might be the cause for your delay.

Cabelas all the way. Ordered them at the beginning of December and received them in NH in 5 days. I have an access cab and only wanted the fronts anyway. Can't get just the fronts from WeatherTech.
