Gixxer 1000. Not exactly the most comfy touring bike. 8 hours of riding usually takes 9 with breaks to stretch out.

Hahaha I know the feeling I just sold my SV650 for that reason. Plus you throw the lady on the back and it really wears on your wrist. I'm looking to get more of a cruiser in my old age...

I took my old 748 and gixxer750 cross country twice.

Needed breaks every 3 hours, due to fuel tank range and wrist pain ....

The hard part about switching out is the cost.. I bought this Sv with 6k miles for $1200 I doubt i will find that kind of a deal on any type of cruiser.

    Interesting.

Having ridden crotch rockets all my life, I would think the hard part to switching is the lack of speed....

Back to BBP wasn't sure how the green was going to look but I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out! And I folded up the softopper to load the dirt bike tomorrow. I love how well that thing works!

The thing with Cruisers isn't the CC or the power, its the weight.

Its like having a V10 VW Toureg vs a Audi R8.

Cruisers have amazing low end torque.

Different strokes for different folks. For me the thrill of my 848 and gixxer these days are 0-60, and 75-90mph, and the beautiful curvy roads I can take with them. I am looking to consolidate my bikes into a 1199 Panigale

I would agree with the difference and i love the differences, I've been ridding for years. I get more of my thrills on my KTM and want my road experience to be relaxing now.

Choices are a good thing for customers. Some people need Raptors, some people happy with a 4 Cyl Taco :)

Nope. But it's also a TRD OR with factory tonneau cover and tech package. :)

I realized after taking this that I should park side to side because the picture will be better.
