What else would I need? I have a fresh leaf pack from Deaver. J66' s lol I wonder if they can add some leafs and I can get some longer shackles?

Newbie in the spring under kit info

 

At quick glance I thought it was one that you don't weld on.

 

No j66 isn't a Long travel leaf. You would still need a front hanger and shackles

 

haha its all good when i got mine i didnt realize it was weld one so i installed it without welds and went to drive away...

 

The only good company I know for a spring under kit is DMZ and that's pricey

 

considering im in the process of building my rear some of the more experienced guys should chime in. Total Chaos shackles are good im not sure who else makes shackles for our truck but im sure a local fab shop could whip some up. Also if your LT your rear take in account that theres little things you need to change.

 

If I had a second gen that's the kit I would get. I spent like 800$ on my sua lol

If DMZ SUA is 'pricey', bro, then you shouldn't be in the LT world lol. Now if you're talking labor rates, then yeah, Tim is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, probably some of the best work on the market. If you're just talking about his SUA, its pretty reasonably priced (Unless he bumped it up in the last year?), but remember, you still need all the rest of the pieces, longer brake lines, bed cage, lower shock mounts, U bolts and plates and so on and so forth. All that shit adds up and up. Have some patience like I did and buy it all a piece or a couple pieces at a time and the money hurt isnt so bad

@DTFtacoma Maybe he'll answer on here, but had an issue with the truck over the weekend (Completely my fault for not doing a bolt check at Jeff's house before I left, I was tired AF and just wanted to get to my hotel room, I'm happy with the truck), hit up DTF since I was like 10 minutes from his shop....No answer on the shop phone (it was Sunday, Didn't really expect him to be there but was hoping he'd give me a hand or something) No answer on his cell phone (Not sure if was his cell or not, just the number he gave me a while back) No answer on his personal FB or business FB, and haven't heard a word from him all week, so I'm assuming he fell off the face of the earth? I fixed my issue on the beach, but would have liked to have met Anthony at least, if not give him some money to help me with a few things. :shrug: Oh well, no harm no foul.

To fit longer shocks

 

Pulling the dash is easy. Getting a bend to lay against the cab is really hard to do when trying to visualize with little experience.

 

When I bought my DMZ SUA kit I got the brake lines and everything you have listed from Tim. He was super helpful and didn't really see it as pricey.
